REGAINING CONTROL OF WEB COMMUNICATION AND MODERNIZE THE IMAGE

Background

Grosfillex is a brand that enjoys a good reputation. Products ‘made in France’ but present internationally in 80 countries with approximately 1,200 employees. The company manufactures outdoor furniture but also solutions for interior design and decoration, windows and blinds, doors, cladding…

The challenge

In 2014 the company launched a contest to find the best digital agency to:

  • Redefine their web based communication that did not convey the company’s modern approach
  • Promote the extent of its offering beyond outdoor furniture for which they are already well known

Solutions and results

Our team opted for a 3-point approach:

  • A more ‘inspired’ approach: less industrial, les ‘manufacturer’, more focused on passion and close to the consumers. Creation of a webzine ‘Home Inspiration’
  • Single communication portal: featuring Grosfillex information as well as the product offering in a single website, rather then maintaining dozens of sectorised sites, which is costly and less effective
  • Implement technological watch for R.O.I: CMS Drupal, store locator Leadformance, optimisation of CTA (Call to Action), chat tools

Results:

  • less sites to maintain,
  • enhanced visibility and audience,
  • more leads
  • and a completely new face for the brand.
